I have been a teacher for over 10 years and for most of these years I have been teaching Afrikaans as a First Additional Language. And I love it!

I also tutored students across all grades. Many afternoons driving home I would think about how I could be of help to a larger number of students as there is such a great need in this regard. I realised that with a structured program many more students could be reached and would be able to ‘see the light’ in their Afrikaans studies.

The dream of creating resources that could help students from all walks of life started growing and for the past year I have been in the fortunate position to be able to develop material and courses that could make this dream a reality.

This is a continuous dream and I truly wish that every student, teacher or parent who uses these resources will be able to gain insight and enjoy learning the richness of Afrikaans.
